ASAE 2024 is right around the corner, and I’m looking forward to the chance to connect with our clients, peers, industry partners, and friends. This conference is packed with incredible sessions and experiences, and while it’s tough to choose, I wanted to share some of the ones I’m most excited about.
Visit a Cleveland Icon
If I can carve out some time to explore one Cleveland icon, I’ll definitely be heading to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Their latest exhibit, The Music of 1984, has just opened and looks particularly fascinating. 1984 is often hailed as “pop music’s best year ever,” featuring legendary artists like Prince, Van Halen, Bruce Springsteen, Tina Turner, and Madonna. Among the standout artifacts, you can find Michael Jackson’s iconic jacket from “Thriller.” This exhibit sounds like a must-see for every music fan visiting Cleveland.
Attend Excellent Educational Sessions
The ASAE Annual Conference is famous for its top-tier educational sessions, and this year’s lineup does not disappoint. Here are my top five must-see sessions:
- Opening Keynote with Amanda Gorman: Kick off the conference with inspiration and insight from the celebrated poet and activist.
- Closing Keynote with Adam Kinzinger: Attend a compelling session with the former congressman known for his principled stands and thought leadership.
- Catalyst: Master the Seven Essential Skills of Innovation by Learning to Write Songs with Cliff Goldmacher: Discover a unique approach to innovation through songwriting with the GRAMMY-recognized, #1 hit songwriter.
- Bust Your Silos and Grow Your Revenue: Learn how to break down silos, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and boost non-dues revenue.
- DEI Across Borders: Crafting Inclusive Practices for International Associations: Gain essential insights for fostering belonging and inclusion in global associations.
Connect with Me at Booth 1323
Much of my time in Cleveland will be spent at Booth 1323, where I look forward to discussing how IMN Solutions can support your association in advancing its mission. Here are a few areas I’m currently passionate about:
- Creating a successful RFP with our Strategic Sourcing & Housing Solutions Division

- Exceeding conference attendee expectations with our Event Solutions Division
See You at ASAE 2024
If you’d like to schedule a time to meet up in Cleveland, then follow us on LinkedIn and send us a message. I’d love to chat more about how IMN can help your organization and debate which is the true anthem of 1984: Prince’s “When Doves Cry” or Madonna’s “Borderline.”
Looking forward to seeing you all at ASAE 2024!
