What is the timeline and process for integration of the two organizations?
The integration process will be gradual and carefully managed to ensure seamless service continuation. We’ll be working closely with both teams over the coming months to align our operations while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect. 

How will the merger impact IMN and CI names?
All services will continue under the IMN Solutions brand to maintain clarity and consistency for our clients. CI will operate as subsidiary initially with the name “Conference Incorporated, An IMN Solutions Company. 

Will contract pricing for the products in the portfolio change for either IMN or CI?
No, existing contract terms and pricing will remain unchanged. Any future adjustments would follow our normal review processes and be communicated well in advance. 

What additional value will the acquisition have for my company?
You’ll benefit from enhanced services, broader expertise, expanded industry networks, and increased opportunities for client-to-client collaboration, all while maintaining your existing relationships with your account team. 

Will there be changes to existing contracts?
No, all existing contracts will remain in effect with no changes to current terms, conditions, or pricing.
